SHIPPING

  • Processing takes 7-14 business days, not including the day you ordered.
  • Business days are Monday-Friday ( Weekends & Holidays NOT included)
  • All orders will receive a tracking number via email (please check spam or junk mail as well). Please allow 3-5 business days after order has been processed & tracking number has been sent to receive.
  • We are not responsible for any fees required by customs for ANY reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown at the time of checkout.
  • Any inquires regarding the EXACT location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. 
  •  PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR ORDER.

RETURN POLICY 

  • All orders placed are FINAL. We do not process any returns/exchanges. 
  • If you have any issues with your order such as missing items or the incorrect product was sent please contact us via email. 

Package lost, stolen or damaged?

Once packages leave our facility, we are no longer responsible for transit. If your package was lost or stolen, you MUST file a claim with USPS. Click the link below to start the process of your claim .
